Cancellation Policy

At Taxes Cure, we understand that business needs may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancelling our services.

Clients may request to cancel an engagement at any time by providing written notice via email.

• If work has not yet started, the engagement may be cancelled without further obligation, subject to our Refund Policy.
• If work has already begun, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any regulatory or government filings already submitted on their behalf.

For recurring services such as:

• Accounting and Bookkeeping
• Fractional CFO Advisory
• FP&A
• Other monthly compliance or advisory retainers

Clients may cancel by providing at least 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Clients remain responsible for ensuring a smooth handover of financial records and any outstanding compliance filings.

If a client fails to provide the required financial information, approvals, or documentation for more than 30 consecutive days, Taxes Cure reserves the right to pause or terminate the engagement.

Any work completed prior to termination remains billable.

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate services if:

• Required payments are not received.
• A client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.
• The requested work would require us to act in violation of applicable laws or regulatory obligations.
• A client repeatedly fails to provide necessary information or documentation to complete the engagement.

If services are terminated by Taxes Cure, any applicable refund will be determined in accordance with our Refund Policy.
